WGFTFB Meeting 2022

The University of Rostock and the Thuenen Institute of Baltic Sea Fisheries kindly offered to host the meeting in Rostock (Germany; https://goo.gl/maps/Fv3mFtEt5Su9LWxf8 ) from the 28/03/2022 to 01/04/2022.

ICES initiated the rule that all out of house ICES meetings (not in ICES HQ) must follow the respective national and host institutional (CoViD-) guidelines and, if needed, in communication with participants of the meeting.

All out of house meetings need to be organized to enable remote participation to accommodate participation for those unable to travel (irrespective the reason). Therefore, we have no choice but to organize this as a hybrid meeting.

We recognise that as the meeting runs full-day in accordance with a normal physical meeting at the meeting location, it will be more of a challenge for online-participants from other time zones to attend the full meeting. Therefore, and as an essential aspect of all WGFTFB-meetings is the direct contact to colleagues from around the world, we sincerely hope that as many of you as possible are be able to join us in person on location in Rostock.
